A stakeholder-based approach is critical to all projects, as it incorporates the full spectrum of people who influence the project, from community groups, industry, and government.
Stakeholder analysis helps you define stakeholders and understand who you need to involve and to what extent, it also allows you to anticipate and predict their reactions to your project as it develops, helping plan actions that will more likely win support.
Primary develops profiles of your stakeholder groups and key influencers. Their known opinions and passion levels are then mapped into project activity at an early stage.
Identifying key influencers also helps provide a heat-map of power and issues. Looking at ways to engage influencers and seeking their input can also facilitate success at the earliest possible time.
